ABOUT RETURN AND REFUND:

Our customers have the right to return the product within 30 natural days. This term will expire on the 30 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer. Our customers have the right to return the product or receive a refund according to these conditions:
1.In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (It's clearly broken and unusable)
2.Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B
3.The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)
DEFINITE DETAILS BELOW:
1.The customer who isn’t satisfied with our products, please contact us by email alex@sulijewelry.com to have best support service.
2. There won’t be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.
3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.
4.In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
5.Refund can take 10 days to be reflected on your statement. We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay.
6. The above is applied for the in-stock products, excluding any custom products and special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure Merchandise is unused and in original condition and packaging.

ABOUT CANCELLING:
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase (for payment via Global Collect, the 5% transaction fee is not refundable).
1.For in-stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours the minute you finish the payment.
2.Overdue, a handling fee will be charged.
